50 year anniversary!

(of disneyland)

my ten day end of term present to myself

SO here are the pictures of my awesome 10 day trip to florida! as soon as I got off the plane I felt so weird, it was completely natural for me to be there, like I had never left!
first picture in florida:

Cici's pizza after eddie picked tony and I up at the airport. our planes got in an hour apart the same day, no planning whatsoever!

this was my ugly christmas sweater from our youth group christmas party we had on the day I left. I had to leave early to head strait to the airport.

me wearing tony's glasses, it looks like I can see just fine here, but no, the world was a bit distorted through those. But its amazing how quick your eyes can start adjusting

arrrrrrrr matie, we be fearsome says I

the magician on the boardwalk was pretty awesome

and these are totally out of order, I have no idea what day this was, but there was a guy who came running to join in our picture!

and this was the first night I got to meet nicole, so in love and so adorible

and well, this is just an awesome picture, no explaination needed (its tony's version. there are a few of his pictures on this - thanks tony!)

ahhh so terrifying

then we got to meet up with hillary, who totally took a five second double take before really seeing and remembering me. This was also the day it was so foggy we couldn't actually watch wishes, and the castle completely disappeared. My first time watching it again. but since I had promised to watch it with marah, maybe thats why...
either way it was kinda amazing, I dont ever remember that happening before

the slightly crazy picture..

the ghostly parade control man

I also kinda made tony and eddie watch spectromagic, I love that parade, but I suppose for some it can lose its magic after repeated viewings.... thankfully thats not me though!

breakfast at the ale house. this was just an ale house kind of trip. and this was also the day tony got sick, and we rode the tower of terror - dang now I remember te days, after I have already loaded all the pictures. sorry guys, just take my word for it. I have abolutely no idea what day we did animal kingdom.

Im not really sure what this guy is doing, but he was acting weird and that is definately worth a picture

and I had to put the one of the pelican on here

I love this archway, this, and the fountian I could just watch forever. well, atleast for a REALLY long time

poor scottie...

within two hours of our arrival in florida tony had already won a mickey mouse at the claw game, so the game fast became his obsession on this trip. but to his credit he was amazing at it, and won atleast four stuffed animals

the first day I got to see marah! and Im glad we all got to hang out and most of you guys met her this time, I love this girl. we will hopefully be rooming together this summer

I know these are bad pictures, but I wanted to put them all up so you can get a bit more of a feel of the chaos that was happening in the haunted mansion. although I have to say Ive never had as fun a time on that ride as I did this trip. I very much liked playing tag in the buggies

for tony - who had never seen tinkerbell

and a random one of me in narnia.. (which I hope all you guys have seen that movie by now, but if you haven't... dont even tell me)

I got to go to the animal kingdom lodge for the first time, and it was pretty much the more awesome hotel ever..

(I like the animals, can you tell?)

hmmm.... who is that I wonder?

and then I wanted to get in on the action too, and am definately the creepiest one in a mask. me and my dialated pupils.

mmmmmmmmmmmm

what is a trip to disneyworld without the kitchen sink? and I was glad I got to know carissa this time around, she is hilarious

the mush at the bottom started to get a little gross

now who knew that the m&ms did the macarena? (no idea how to spell that one)

one more shot of that because its just awesome

and then this day was awesome

the absolutely GIANT ginger bread house in the Grand
and this was the day that I got to really meet and hang out more with some of the newer old DS CPs, they were a fun bunch

me and geppetto (and tracy is taking the picture)

and then my last ACTION PACKED day in florida...ahhhh... tom sawyer's island

eddie is just too hot to handle

the cannon was just too tough to fire with one person, and with two it was barely do-able, luckely they are both buff

just look at the strain on eddie's face!

those scumbags ont he train never knew what hit 'em

we got a card signed for my little sister - and of course our picture taken while we were at it

and I always wish I took pictures of illuminations like I did wishes, but I always just watch it instead! this was the end of a great day, and we even made it in time to see jim caviezel narrate the christmas story for the candlelight processional. what a great way to end it. Such an awesome trip! I am so thankful for everybody who helped me out getting me into the parks and giving me a place to stay while I was there. and for coming to hang out, THANKS! I miss you all already! (cant wait for this summer...)
